his BF% is quite low, the tren-ace has really done a good job of helping to reduce his fat levels.
he really wants to run a winny cycle, but i dont know if its worth it if hes just going to run winny on its own?
should have ran winny from the start with his tren & test-prop, but it was his 1st experience with tren so was probably best not to add too much to the cycle this time round.
Also, on a seperate matter, when taking say 75/100mg of Proviron, is it best to take the dose all at once or to split it?

I agree with the effectiveness of winny only when bf is low, that is if you want visible change.

just split the dose AM and PM or maybe lunch time and early evening, 6hrs apart?
