I thought I'd share with you guys my experience with DNP so far. I am now 3 day in 4 day being today and so far its been ok. I'm using 200mg crystal caps. Dosing so far has been as follows;

day 1 - 200mg
day 2 - 400mg
day 3 - 400mg
day 4 (today)- 400mg

How have a felt over these days?
Day 1 - didnt really notice much but elevated temp. Kept water intake and vit C&E high and eat as normal. No problem sleeping.
Day 2 - Temp and sweats noticebly higher and worse. Working in overals proved very sweaty. Found that sweats come and go and is not constant. Agsin kept water intake and vit intake exremely high. Decided to have chemical aided sleep with a PO med (no names mentioned). No visbale sign of any weight loss but slight loss in appetite.
Day 3 - constantly a hot sweaty mess. Begining to feel very lethargic and restless. Craving cold lemonade for some reason but seems to hit the spot. Taking on board masses of water 6+ litres and still having yellowish pisses. Appetite is down again but still dont feel to bad to be honest. Prob not the best week to start considering the weather. Had chem assisted sleep again.
Day 4 - woke up quite about thru night soaking. Thang god mrs on holiday so i could keep swapping side of bed and changing pillow. Managed to wet all 4 pretty much thru. Still not feeling to bad but have a slight headache. Just quaffed down me breakfast and now time for a cold shower and this mornings dose of tablets. Still no massive visable loss in weight. Will be checking bf and weight when i get back to work tomorrow.

I plan to run another 3 days after today but i'm going to just play it by ear and see how I feel. I have no plans to increase the dose. Will keep you informed on how things go from here.

If you are going to train, train light and for short periods of time. From my experience training actually causes muscle/strength loss. I put this down to increased catabolic activity (raised cortisol and muscle deyhydration). With how DNP interferes with insulina nd storage of carbs they can't really do their job in helping recovery/kicking you out of being catabolic. It's quite hard to stay fully dehydrated at the best of times to obviously intense activity very hard. Hydration agents such as glycine would be helpful here.

I do not think anything more than 3 day blasts (no training) are worth it on DNP imo otherwise muscle loss is too great and sides become very annoying to say the very least.

I'll be checking this later see how you get on be interesting. By the way dnp makes you hold water so visible weight loss is more apparent after the cycle. Also depends what BF% you are, i would notice a difference to be honest going from 18% to 15% but would notice quite a difference going from 15% to 12% and even more so as you get lower. Lower you are the more dramatic/apparaent small BF% losses become.

I'm prob going to call it a day after today and then do 1 more blast before my hol at the end of the month.

My starting BF was 15% but that was measured using one of the hand held carry on's. Will measure again tomorrow and then at the end of the week. How long does the water take to drop off by ur experience?

I'd strongly advise you get yourself a desk fan if you havn;t already mate. They are a godsend on dnp and very important once you venture up to high doses. I made the mistake of not sorting this out my first blast, altho i had a fan it was old battered and basically shite. Long story short i very nearly resorted to sleeping (or at least attempt to) in the bath were it was cool and spent half the night sitting outside in the garden. Lying (tossing/turning) on the floor trying to get cool, drinking water, sweating buckets, not a nice experience. Now with a decent fan i can just keep it on all night directed towards me, even then i still sweat fair bit. But so much better than without it, for during the day too.

When i used 400mg per day at work i was fine with the fan on me but any longer than 30 mins without it would be torture. Got a few "there's defiantly something wrong with you" comments from person i worked right next to.

These pics are taken just now at the end of day 4! I'm calling it a day for this cycle of DNP. I'm way to hot and sweaty now and need a break. Dying for the wayer to come off to see the results if any. I'll be wounded if its poor.

Fingers crossed, although you might not be able to see much of a visible change - doesn't mean you haven't shifted a fair bit though.

Btw - your pictures give us the opportunity to show of the new lightbox slideshow!

Yes - new shiny thing.

When there's multiple pics in a post you can click on one which brings up the lightbox - you can then cycle through every pic without clicking on them individually.
