I signed up today so thought i'd drop in to say hello.
I've been training with weights for about 14 years now since i was 16. didn't have a clue what i was doing back then and really only got into it to lose weight. I was a fat kid and was 16.5 stone at 16. With in a year i was down to 11 stone which was great but became obsesive with it and ended up dropping to 10 stone. Finally got the demons out my head and slowly increased my weight to a healthy 11.5 stone.
I've been doing things properly for about 2 years now and am sitting at 14st, 18% bf. I'm always looking around for advice and tips which is why i joined on here. I'm also a member of muscletalk which is where i heard about this place (plus i know TIO posts his recipes on here which are great).
well, thats my intro out the way and i hope to speak to you all in the future.
