hey guys,
Thought id share my marshmellow recipe(made lots of recipes, but alot dont pass the "Chris standard" lol. I Discovered after spending way to much time in the kitchen making funky things (like fudge...but anyway im still working on that so no post yet).

Richsin's Marshmellows - 100% Protein

Posted Image

Ingredients
-10-15ml boiling water
-6 Sweetners (More if you like) added to water so they dissolve.
-12g Gelatine(Melt in 10-15ml boiling water above, microwave to melt 100%).
-1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (addded to gelatine mix)
-1 Egg white (Dash of salt)

Directions: Whip egg white up to a foam but not firm peaks yet, now set whisk to turbo and drizzle in the runny gelatine (Gotta be runny, so microwave enough to melt but dont boil it - When added it'll go marshmellowy fast!). DONE, soft marshmellow foam - now set it in the fridge!!

Optional: Coat very lightly with flour for the perfect marshmellow taste.

Nutritional Info: 74Kcals 14g Pro

(Carbs/fat 0 - Splenda/flour will boost them though if you use that).

I also made gummies by laying marshmellow onto thick jelly (1 sachet jelly + 100ml water max) so they become 1. best to do it when the marshmellow hasn't set also so they are thinner and a bit like the harbio ones you get!

Have fun low carbers![:)]

It'll alter the flavour abit but texture should be fine so yeah.

I prefer vanilla best but have tried chocolate(cocoa pwoder), Rapsberry(Jelly flavouing HARTLEYS) etc.

Defo add some whey if you're lookin to consume in any decent amount. Gelatin ( chiefly glycine) is great for long hair, strong nails, you know girly stuff. useless for body comp though.
