my brother broke his ankle last saturday and is now in a cast for 6 weeks which hes gutted about, as he just finished a 12 week 750mg sust cycle and put 18lbs on by week 8. Now hes screwed for the next month and a half. At the moment hes been told not to place any weight on his ankle, which mines hes struggling to cook as hes single and is in absolute pain standing. Im thinking of treating him to some MRP sachets or a tub just to try and help him keep up his cals and protein and try to stop him from wasting away. Im on a budget as ive got my own supplements etc to pay for so is there anything you'd recommend?

cheers

There is a physiotherapist in Ipswich called Brian Simpson. http://www.physioclinic.net/

If you can get to him then he can have your bro back on his feet super fast. He has oxygen hyperbaric treatment and lots of other great stuff. He has bike racers back on track in a week with broken collar bones.

If you do call him then say hi from me, Dave in Aberdeen with the hip replacement.
