Just got some short dated Pecan Praline ones for £1 each! Bought 48 of them so will be good till October time.

Im wondering if anyone else knows any bars that are lowish in carbs that i can get in bulk without costing too much, ill give anything a whirl really. Just finding it a bit of a mission to make my own atm

Ask Kieron at BBW.

He should be able to help you out.

price of some of these protein bars I'd rather have a bag of beef jerky

oatcakes with a dollop of peanut butter is the way to go!!!

what about home made protein bars?

Bigfella's are very good - my wife (the chef) adjusted the ingredients a little

to bump them up to 500cals per piece..

if anyone is interested I'll post it up in the nutrition forum??
