howdy bucko's! new lad

hey lads in a 27 year old irish guy ,been training on and off for a while id love to hit the weights harder but i damaged tendons in my right shoulder and its been giving me hell ever since ,ive been recomended for an MRI scan by an ortaphedic surgeon but ive been waiting over a year for it(irish health system) my shoulder aches and there is clicking when i put my hand to it i can feel clicking and god knows what happening in there. to be honest im fcuking terrified what damage has been done there. anybody have any experience of this? :o

Hi and welcome. I know what you mean about clicking shoulders. I almost dislocated both of mine when I lifted something too heavy. Luckely I didn't, but it is always a worry. Just takes time and some TLC.
