Getting there

Posted 16 March 2010 - 08:20 PM

Twice bitten, yup getting married again, April 29th, gonna be a pretty 'low key' affair tbh as we`re both skint really even after 11 years together but f*ck it, just thought I'd let you know, actually she's a cracking girl and can't wait tbh.

PS did I mention I'm 44 and she's 28 ? 'Back off the net'Posted Image

Congrats mate! Good going on that age gap, 16 years eh? I thought I was bad with my new 19 year old! (almost 10 year gap).

Well, it could've happened to me!

Joking aside mate congratulations.

In engaged at the moment and the missus has went from wanting a cheap, low key affair to giving me the option of either Capetown or Fiji!

Cheers everyone, would have replied sooner but unfortunately I`ve lost the sight in one eye, had an appointment with the specialist and had the eye stuff to dilate pupils so sight just coming back nowPosted Image

Neil, I feel exactly the same about this one tbh mate, I actually feel like the vows and stuff will mean something and I`ve really enjoyed all the planning and stuff.

IB, I know what you mean mate, it`s still gonna cost me around £2,500 to do it on the cheap lol, we`re going to Cornwall where we normally go for a week but I have said that when I get enough money I`ll take her to Hawaii for a few weeks as that was always her dream Honeymoon.

excellent news. hawaii is amazing. we were only there for 3 days on route to vancouver(from brisbane via fiji) but had a fantastic time. book long enough in advance and you can get decent hotels at reasonable rates. we used expedia but maybe they dont do honeymoon suites!
