Whats the crack with necking raw eggs?

Any advantage, or asking for trouble.

read a bit about heat effecting the enzyme structure.

I stick raw eggs in my shakes when im wanting to up the cals.. theres a difference in the availability of the protein (its like 60% or summat if they arent cooked) and then of course theres the slight salmonela risk too but.. well... im not dead! lol

Its good for upping the cals for sure but if you have the time then cook em basically IMO.

As above say's!!

Cook em for a better aborbtion of proteins.

Its dne me no harm when really needing a protein source fast and caught out, but it isnt recomended.

I do 6 / 10 of these ED..

Always buy the lion stamped eggs BTW :)
