I'm a sceptic at heart, so with that in mind, how do these differ to other BCAA and EAA supplements?

The fact the name reminds me of `Liquid Liver`( anyone remember that foul stuff ?) means It doesn`t appeal to me at all, but it`ll be interesting to see what it`s about.

I have used efx liquid aminos both inbetween meals to help with positive nitrogen balance which i feel is useful when cutting as 20g protein from lba is equivelant to 40g protein from other sources yet only has 100 cals. this means you can use them to lower cald without dropping over all protein content. However i feel they are not needed in this method when bulking and eating alot of cals/protein etc.
I have also used them as part of a pre/intra shake along with malto/glut and creatine and feel they are a great addition either with or without the carbs. they are almost all of your essential aminos, taste great, dont need digesting so dont take blood away from the muscle. they are also mixed with glycerol i believe so will help with the uptake. choc tastes pretty darn good to.
an expensive addition if using inbetween meals tho i feel bcaa would do just as good to be honest if cant afford the lba's.

i have found the efx ones for 13.46 for 480mls ,the only thing that puts me off is the glycerine which usually gives me the shitts :(
there is a guy in my gym who definately isnt sponsered and he really likes them ,he has grew like mad .
i do not fully understand why beef aminos would be superior but i think its maybe worth trying to see
