Getting there

Posted 08 March 2010 - 02:37 PM

Using the following:-
  • 2g Test
  • .5g Deca
  • 25iu Levemir Long Acting Slin
  • 4iu HGH EOD (soon to be 8iu)
  • 50mcg T3

Eating:-

500g protein
200g carbs
150-200g fats

I'm feeling quite tired all the time. No amount of sleep seems to cure it either. I also have weekends off slin every other weekend and then a full month off every 12 weeks. Feel no better when slin is not used.

Sleeping:-

12am til 7.30am Mon-Fri
12am til 10am Sat-Sun

Question:-

How can I solve this?

i honestly dont think its as simple as adding sugary carbs ,you will have a crash from that which will make things worse

So... incorporate a little junk in my diet or just add some more simple sugars chaps?

I would say you know your body quite well at this stage mate.

I would say experiment a little and find what works for you.

I would suggest that 7.5 hours in the week isnt enough. When I cycle I need much more sleep to function than normal.

Or your eating so many eggs that you are turning into a chicken. Chickens are notoriously lazy
