Using the following:-
  • 2g Test
  • .5g Deca
  • 25iu Levemir Long Acting Slin
  • 4iu HGH EOD (soon to be 8iu)
  • 50mcg T3

Eating:-

500g protein
200g carbs
150-200g fats

I'm feeling quite tired all the time. No amount of sleep seems to cure it either. I also have weekends off slin every other weekend and then a full month off every 12 weeks. Feel no better when slin is not used.

Sleeping:-

12am til 7.30am Mon-Fri
12am til 10am Sat-Sun

Question:-

How can I solve this?

Looks pretty good, I am not clued up on the insulin/food timing issues and I assume you are, so no comment there.
Maybe your diet is too clean?

Gear intake is pretty high overall I guess.
Have you experimented with high doses of Test before?

Comments points I hear among people using larger doses of test are:
1. Lethargy, disturbed sleep & increased urination, prostate issues,

What is your actual sleep like?

Any other obvious sides?

I have deliberately kept my diet clean so not to gain too much fat. Its up to 4600 cals a day. Have one or two cheat meals a week. Would like more chicken and less whey in the day but cost is an issue, as is dryness of pre cooked chicken!

Yes - ran 1.6g test and 500mg deca last year, no probs.

Comments points I hear among people using larger doses of test are:

1. Lethargy Yep, defo.
2. Disturbed sleep Nope
3. Increased urination Nope
4. Prostate Issues Nope

This would be my thoughts too. Cortisol suppression (via crosstalk of androgen and cortisol receptor) can be a major contributor to lethargy IME. Lethargy was so bad on some previous cycles that it motivated me towards more modest cycles.

Another factor could be the chronic slin use, although I am not sure of the mechanism. Do you regularly check your blood glucose clearance times when using slin? If so has there been any increase in the amount of time it takes to clear? If so, more time off maybe useful. I suspect that the mechanism has something to do with resistance, although I have no clear evidence on this. Anecdotally, one thing that seems to have helped me in the past slightly is increasing my fruit and veg intake - in particular salads.

All the best,
J

I found insulin pretty bad for lethargy.
You eat then you want to sleep, like a dog.

Also T3 tends to make me a little sleepier.

I think it may be something as basic as carbs after all this - had half a bottle of 7UP and some crisps and within 30 mins i've felt more awake. Will try messing around with carb levels and see how I get on. Can pile the carbs in, just aware of BF levels!

look up adrenal fatigue ,basically all stresses ie emotional ,phiscal ,drugs ,stims stress the adrenal glands ,if stressed for long periods they become insufficient and unable to cope with the stress ,this could give high or low cortisol as this is what the adrenals output

i am suffering from this myself

things you could try
high dose vit c ie 2-5gs per day
licorice root extract 2g per day
multi vit mineral

have you had any hypoglycmic symptoms when not using slin ?any libido issues ?
