got a friend who needs abit of help with dieting down. He wants to loose some weight while training to build a good base before his next aas cycle, summer cycle.

hes currently 5ft 9 and 13st 8 and eats nothing but crap at the moment, really gone off the rails so to speak, bu,t he knows this and is rdy to crack on and change the situation. Ive already given him my training routine and my current diet just as a rough guide but im bulking rather than cutting.

what i really need as im not much good recommending diets to people, i know what works for me but maybe not for others, is some sort of rough cutting diet sheet for him to follow. How much carbs to eat per meal, how many grams of protein, timings etc. I know each individual is totally different from the next but if you have any cutting sheets saved on Word or lying around anywhere could you be so kind to post them up for myself and my friend to see.

much appreicated,
CL

There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to dieting and food choices. Some get on well with high fat diets, others hate them. Some do well on a even split, some are carb monsters etc etc

Im not judging, but why is he using AAS is from what you say, he hasnt even got the basics down yet?

true. Hes just one of those people with the get big quick frame of mind.

hes also just come out of prison so thats one of the reasons his diet is so poor at the moment.

hes ask for help/ideas for a cutting diet but thought if anyone had a decent diet sheet saved i could pass it on so hes got a rough idea of things
