Not heard much feedback on this lab yet has anyone used their products, how did you find them?
Particularly interested in any Primo feedback?
Cheers
Dynamic Pharma feedback?

exactly! we can say mistakes can happen, but what was most telling was their reaction to it.
Pritty big mistake putting products out with the wrong label on them, lee did you ever find out what exactly was in the vail?
GEP had a very good rep so you should hope/expect they have carried the same standard & quality onto the new name.

Not my point mate. Your point is valid so you should have responded to the Op with what you just stated to me.
I just believe in balance. IMO D's response wasn;t just about your experience it was more than that - risk association with new lab - poor customer service - one bad product and an implication of "doesnt sound like a good set up to me" (iv'e personally never ever seen a lab set up so i could't possibly come out with a statement like that) then referring to "better options"
sorry it's all contrived but i just think it was overkill response to a question originally directed at people who have actually used the product...

it refused to go back into solution with the usual method (without heating it to ridiculous temps and having to pearce the seal to release pressure) so i was quite confident it was primo DS,everything else should have gone back into solution easily imo, test deca mast go back in without any trouble imo tren ive never had any that crashed but the colour would be different
some rat will be a beast when they find it in the landfill lol

i'm not one to get into ugl board politics, how many times has Mick said there are better options out there without being pulled on it!?
as for overkill, think what you want, i have my reasons why i think there are much better labs out there, but the eq situation shoulod be enough to put anyone off, if not more fool them.

At the end of the day D has given his personal opinion based on what happened with the Eq.
I see no issue with this.
