hi all im in the process of loosing weight, and i read alot of diff diets and what works best for diff people and 1 thing ive notice pop up alot seems to be carb cycling, now ive tried searching about this but not found much, if any1 could post a link please or give me some info on this, it would be much appreciated.

Personally mate, if you want to lose weight fat - I wouldnt bother carb cycling. Watch the calories, stick to proteins and healthy fats and you're good to go. Carb cycle when you've reached your target weight/image and want to get back to a more normal diet.

What are your stats mate?

thanks for replys all, at moment im 5ft11 17.5stone, i started of at 18stone new yrs day, the weight is going slowly, i do am fasted cardio 6 days a week and weights 4 times, im just interested in learning new ways to loose it
