the diet im using at the moment to gain size is

1.4 whole eggs & cup of oats with some whole fat milk
2.2 scoops whey & cup of oats and 2 spoons of olive oil or 5 gram fish oil
TRAIN
3. pwo shake 2 scoops whey 50 gram fast carbs
4.lean stake mince & cup of rice or pasta (cooked)
5.shake same as 2.
6.chicken with rice or pasta and olive oil
7.(if still awake) whey shake with whole fat milk & 3 slices whole meal bread with 3 spoons of peanut butter

my question is when i start dieting should i keep the same diet and just remove fat's - carbs where i need to or should i create a new meal plan for dieting.
if i stick to this plan could anyone point out what are the best foods to drop and when? i where thinking dropping fats before the workout and then bring the fats back in after training but drop the carbs.

im 15 and a half stone at about 5,9 im not sure what my bf% is but im guessing it slightly over 20. (if that helps)

I tend to do it by dropping carbs increasing fats and protein and upping output.

Honestly doesn't look like much food at all TBH.

it depends on loads of factors, but for me personally i find my body reacts 10x better to whole foods than powder - therefore wherever possible i'll have whole foods - it doesnt take up any more time for me as i prep most of my meals all at once.

i agree it isnt a lot of food - but everyones different, i would also add some fruit like banana and pineapple with a few of youre meals.

1.4 whole eggs & cup of oats with some whole fat milk
2.2 scoops whey & cup of oats and 2 spoons of olive oil or 5 gram fish oil + Banana
TRAIN
3. pwo shake 2 scoops whey 50 gram fast carbs
4.lean stake mince & cup of rice or pasta (cooked) + Pineapple
5.shake same as 2. have something similar to meal 4 or meal 6.
6.chicken with rice or pasta and olive oil + Pineapple
7.(if still awake) whey shake with whole fat milk oily fish eg Salmon* & 2 slices whole meal bread
8.(during night) Whey & milk + 2 tbsp PB

*if you cant stomach oily fish than just have some quark/cottage cheese and 2-3 omega 3 caps.

Yeah I go through 2 of them each week.

Work out around £1.49 for a whole one.
