got one somewhere mate. its a proper base recipe that works really well but it aint necessarily healthy! god knows where my recipe book with it in is though, if your stuck give me a prod and i will see if i can dig it out. main thing is to leave the dough to rest after you have worked it for the first time. and you need a fecking hot oven, a pizza oven is obviously the best but not practical in the house.
