Decent supp I rated is here:

Best thing about this for myself is it has no stims in it so no issues if you train on an evening etc....

I use something different really. I find it aids in recovery.

Citrulline malate is good, but you need a good 5g dose and it cn be en expensive supp for what it delivers. It shines through on keto and low kcals IME.

Depends what youre after for a supp really, i could suggest a few things if you tell me what it is you want it to do.

Its possible, though what people tend to view as energy they actually mean buzz, what ill suggest gives you energy but it wont make you wired.

1 tsp glycerine (from Boots)
1 tsp creatine mono
1/2 tsp citrulline malate (on both on and off days)
1 tsp tyrosine
1 tsp taurine
1g a(or 1/4 tsp) glucuranalactone
1 tsp AAKG (you can leave this out if you like as its kinda strong tasting, the rest are very neutral)
1 tsp beta alanine (on both on and off days)

Obviously have a good portion of carbs at least an hour beforehand with the above and plenty of water and you will get all of what youre after.

Getting there

Posted 08 February 2010 - 10:24 AM

found Gaspari SuperPump 250 the best for muscle pump, so far. That stuffs mental and gives a good buzz with any harsh come down. Use it only once per week on chest and bicep day, only day i wear a muscle vest too lol vain!!

UltraLifes Extreme NOX Pump is another cracking product. It lacks muscle pump but what it lacks in that department it certainly makes up for it with energy, drive and focus. These effects can depend on the individual and how they react to stims. Me, it blows my f-ing head off!

must state i dont use these products very often, dont think they should be used on a regular basis either than the body with adapt to them making them weaker. Once or twice per week on large muscle group sessions is enough for me.

havent tried NO-Xplode yet, takes me ages to get through a tub or box of any pre-workout supps so give it time and i'll try it.
