yeah have blood tests done every month or so, for another reason so monitor that too

its not 100 pcent obviously but better than not going off totally and means you can go like that long periods

typically though I use about half AAS most ppl do, make good gains enough so no need for any more

In your experiences whats the highest you can get away with while recovering PCT,

anything under 300mg brings my nuts back to a good size
