Hi Guys,

Just a very quick one TBH...

After only a few magnesium tabs to try something out I have been reading on...

Using it as a muscle relaxtant.

Any suggestions where to get some from??

I use to get mine from Bodykind.com my advice is to stay away from Magnesium oxide as it does'nt break down in your system properly get Citrate if possible its much better
