no point having them rocky style - youre body can only use something like 60% of the protein.

Personally i think LEW are a waste of money for someone who is starting out.

Only recently you said youre struggling to budget for food, and now youre going to spend £4 for 100g of protein?

I've started to drink raw eggs just because its quick, easy and great before the gym.

Just get 100g of oats blend them,
add 2 large eggs blend them and then just throw in a scoop of whey with a pint of skimmed milk, a final quick blend and down it goes.

I agree with tio that they're not really necessary till needing alot of extra cals or when blending them in a breakfast shake say (though my preference if starting out would still be for milk/yoghurt and protein powder in there maybe with some ground almonds)

I blitz my eggs up with some oats, protein powder or milk, fruit, honey or cinamon and some ice. Can take a while for stomach to get used to but no problem really

I have 6 whole ones ED in my morning shake - a quick and easy way for me to bump up cals and protein in one meal.

I mix them with oats / Whey / unsweetened soya milk
